Hitoshinaya

I fly domestic within Japan a lot. Sometimes three times a month. It’s for work, and the reason Ramen Adventures is so far fetching on the ramen reviews.

So when a new ramen shop opens in Haneda Airport, I’ve got to try.

Hitoshinaya serves ramen in one section, and rice bowls in another. The design is very sleek, the kind of modern Japanese style that is all the rage these days. Simple is best.

Bleh. This one fell flat. To simple is not best. I ate the pieces of lotus root, but left over half the noodles.
