case-K
case-K, which sounds like the Japanese name Keisuke, serves solid chicken ramen in Chiba and was one of the famous Japanese YouTuber Susuru’s favorite shops in his annual SRY (Susuru Ramen of the Year) videos. I can’t find the exact SRY video, so I’ll just link his 2019 one here. Sorry about that.

There are a few people who’s recommendations are gold.

case-K is a good noodle specialty shop where you can have a good time and you will be able to be happy.

Case-K is known for its tori ramen, but the menu includes tsukemen, mazesoba, and limited bowls.
Check their Instagram for the latest offerings.
Fantastic refined-style chicken ramen. They use local chicken from Miyazaki Prefecture and a deep-ish soy sauce for some backbone.
I’m digging these shirts. “I think I need a bowl of ramen.”
While refined shoyu ramen is kind of the norm these days, the mazesoba soupless chicken ramen was something unique. Very nice.
FYI, case-K is literally next door to Jinrikisen, which is another excellent shop. If you are one to do a double ramen feast, this is a good opportunity.
